... request design proposals from designers: If you need a design of a logo, an illustration, a label or a lettering, you can start a pitch and, by doing so, invite designers to submit their customized designs proposals, elaborated especially for you.

... submit your design proposal(s): Compete in such a pitch and submit your design proposal. The designers of the top half (50%) of all entered designs earn money. The pitcher determines first place, the following rankings are decided by people voting on the website.

... vote for your favorite design proposal(s): Select a pitch and vote for its best design proposal submitted by one of the designers. To vote is fun and easy and contributes to the determination of the design competition's rankings.

Why to use the Pitchwork website

The pitcher gets up to 40 designers per pitch thinking about a design and all designers will execute their designs from different points of view. We do not know about any design agency or internet website that can offer such huge brainpower.

If the pitcher is unsure about which of the designs is the best: It is always possible to check the voting to see which designs are favored by the voters. With this, the pitcher gets an additional survey for free.

The pitcher pays US$ 25.- per design proposal that was submitted by the designers. However, in order not to exceed the budget, the pitcher can define the requested quantity of designs. We never heard about a company offering unique custom designs for such a moderate amount.

People who design for a pitch will mostly be design enthusiasts and designers by passion who develop their designs with joy, in their free time and only because they like to design. Where else could you expect more creativity?

Designers of good designs should usually be ranked in the top 50% of all design entries. This means, if you produce good designs, you will get paid for your work. And this again keeps the (successful) designers happy, the "not so successful" designers to try a bit harder and the general quality of the designs very high.
