• Do not underestimate the huge amount of problems caused by design submissions that infringe the copyrights of others.

• You, as Designer, shall be solely responsible and fully liable for submitting a design to our website and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

• In connection with your design submissions, you affirm that: you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize Pitchwork.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all your design submissions to enable inclusion and use of those (the design submissions) in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Use.

• All designs submitted to this website must be your personal intellectual property which means that your designs must be the results of your creativity and your studies and your own executions of the designs (no executions by automated "design creators" or "design generators", etc.). Do only upload designs that you’ve made. Respect the copyright of others. This means don’t steal or adapt designs that others have made and pass them off as your own.

Content on the Website is provided for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Pitchwork.com.

• You may access submitted designs on the website solely:

  - for your information and personal use;

  - as intended through the websites' normal functionality; and

  - for examination.

• "Examination" means that submitted designs are only intended for viewing and not to be copied, stored, downloaded, or redistributed by the user. Accessing submitted designs from the Designers for any purpose or in any manner other than for examination is expressly prohibited.
